The equipment we sell is designed to endure the conditions of the oceans. With that being said, the oceans and lakes do wear on our equipment and we ask that you try your new equipment in the swimming pool or bathtub before testing it in the ocean or lake. This allows you a chance to see how it works and discover any issues before heading off on your next adventure. We offer refresher courses and encourage taking one each time you add new equipment. We ask this of you because we do reserve the right to refuse full refunds based on the condition of your recently purchased equipment. This judgement is left to the discretion of the store team and final. Some judgements may result in no refund at all or solely store credit.
